Owned and run by Stuart Winter-Rimmer, SWR architect accepts commissions in residential and commercial sectors. We also have experience in private healthcare provision and are always willing to accept new challenges in any sector.

Our work has mainly been based in Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey and we are willing to accept commissions further afield. 

Since SWR Architect was founded in 2012 we have been engaged in a wide portfolio of work including extensions, alterations, community projects, work to listed buildings and work in conservation areas. Much of our current portfolio has been within the auspices of the Southdowns National Park and the additional planning constraints that this brings.

We engage in all stages of the architectural process including Planning, Building regulations approvals and contract administration.  We can offer a level of service that will suit both your budget and the amount of involvement you would like to have in the project.
